The failure of Joao Rodrigues to appear at the Palmridge High Court in Germiston earlier today has resulted in a warrant for his arrest been issued by Monama J. At his last court appearance on 31 July 2020, Monama J ordered Rodrigues to appear in court on 29 October 2020.
The warrant of arrest will however be held over until 7 December 2020 when it is expected that Roderigues will make an appearance.
