Ahmed Timol was murdered on this day, 46 years ago

Exactly 46 years ago – on this day…apartheid activist Ahmed Timol was murdered by apartheid security branch police. It happened at the notorious John Vorster Square prison in Johannesburg. Now the NPA says it will work closely with the Hawks and the Human Rights Commission to help other affected families find closure. This after the Pretoria High Court judgement that Timol was murdered.
