Joao Rodrigues is set to make another criminal court appearance at the Palmridge High Court in Germiston on Monday, 07 December 2020 in court DC 13 before Monama J at 10.00.
This matter is expected to be postponed yet again as the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) awaits judgment from the SCA in Bloemfontein. A virtual hearing to the SCA in respect of Rodrigues leave to appeal against the decision of the Full Bench of the South Gauteng High Court was heard on 6 November 2020. Judgement was reserved.
